Stefano tempesta- Sphereon
Digital identity on block chain
(Competitor of ontology)
Hasn’t started it’s implementation yet but sounds a good use case, kept his details if he goes ahead with the project he might use NULS platform after explaining to him the customisation and flexibility offered through NULS
Reduce power consumption through cooling mining
A new fluid that doesn’t eat or corrode the mining system and efficiently cools
Can reduce mining power costs by 30% which is 50% of the mining costs which makes mining btc profitable - I talked with him about NULS but he’s not invested in crypto and doesn’t need block chain for his product but it does sound excellent for miners!
A company that rebranded litecoin was also there and they gave tips on how to rebrand a product which I thought was very interesting.
The key to rebrand is Attach a positive meaning and distinctivity to know what the product is about for everyone who sees it.
How to rebrand a decentralised crypto
How they rebranded litecoin
They started out asking the community what they wanted to see and represented through their brand what do you like about the current logo? Eg simple recognisable colour unique modern
What feeling should the logo elicit?
Eg Trust, speed, silver
They then go into great detail in colour/ contrast/ spacing/ frame/ letter designs etc to reflect this.
www.thetokens.agency is the company - perhaps nuls can use them too if they decide they want to rebrand in the future
Attended RMIT University hackathon
